What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer free home delivery in Lahore above 1000 PKR order & Charge 100 rupees at Less than 1000 PKR Order. In Other Cities, We Charge 100 rupees for the first kg and 30 rupees for additional kg.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Pets World Online Shop?

Cash On Delivery Available all over Pakistan. We Also Accept Payments by Jazz Cash and Easy Pay Payment Gateway.

How long will delivery take?

We Deliver With In 24 in Lahore and for Other Cities 4-5 working Days Required by Pakistan Post and 2-3 working days required by TCS.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We make a conformation call to our valuable customer after receiving order for order conformation. After conformation, we generate your Invoice and send to dispatch department. Dispatch department pack your order and send it to courier for delivery.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes You Receive a printed invoice against your order. All Products detail & Total Amount will be mentioned on Invoice.
